Profile

Anne is a highly experienced Psychotherapist with broad Clinical experience. She has trained in major University Hospitals and has in-depth experience across community and private settings.

Before becoming a psychotherapist Anne worked in Management, Art, Design and Film. Creativity informs her approach assisting the person seeking help ‘to step out ‘of emotional pain, stress or anxiety and observe the ‘bigger picture’ and view their lives from a different perspective.

As an Integrative Psychotherapist Anne creates a safe, trusting non-judgemental environment. This allows the individual reflect and explore conscious and unconscious material which is present in their world. In this light they become more aware and gain insight which may facilitate their innate wisdom and ability to heal.Within a nurturing compassionate space we are helped to dissolve barriers which we or others may have installed in our lives. The pathway towards self-empowerment, self-fulfillment and growth towards full potential then becomes clearer.

In an ever changing world we may feel lost and overwhelmed the mind can seem like a dangerous place to navigate and you may not want to go there unaccompanied. Psychotherapy and counselling can accompany you and help you to find your own inner voice which is more compassionate and true. When relationships are under strain broken or lost the psychotherapeutic relationship can help us to adjust and heal. Anne sees that the most important relationship is that which we have with ourselves. Giving ourselves time to know and understand ourselves is key to coming home to who we are. Anne works relationally and collaboratively with each individual adapting to their needs.
