Online Counselling

Online Counselling and Psychotherapy is a form of Internet Counselling and is also known as Teletherapy or Telehealth. Your therapist will generally use an online program such as Zoom/Skype to conduct each session. Internet Counselling and Psychotherapy can have many benefits and allows you to address what is bothering you without having to meet In Person.

Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy

Psychoanalysis operates on the premise that there exists a knowledge not known to ourselves, an unconscious knowledge. If one worked in one’s own  best interests and if one is in control we wouldn’t be capable of our own destruction such as in cases of anorexia, addiction, gambling, puzzling anxiety or depression.

Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

The principle upon which Psychodynamic Psychotherapy rests focuses on how the past can influence how we behave in the present. The Psychodynamic approach will focus on existing thoughts, feelings and memories and follow the thread which associates them to previous situations or relationships.
