Christine is a qualified psychotherapist. She works in accordance with the code of ethics and practice from the Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP). She has worked alongside clients who have been dealing with depression, self-harm, addiction, anxiety and panic attacks, loss and bereavement, OCD, anger issues and childhood trauma. Creating a space for clients to feel safe and listened to is paramount and Christine’s approach is very much a calm and collaborative one, always moving at a pace that the client is most comfortable with.
