She believes that through the therapeutic relationship an individual can find a safe, trusting environment in which they can explore both on a conscious and unconscious level how they feel and reflect on their life experiences. Louise believes in each client’s ability to fulfil their potential, their own innate wisdom and ability to heal themselves from within to come to a greater awareness of themselves. Through her work with clients she has been privileged to witness individuals’ deepening insightfulness, self-compassion, empowerment and personal growth. Through both her psychotherapy training and her work with clients Louise has gained an insight and understanding into a wide variety of issues.
