 Profile

I am fully with IACP and work to their code of ethics. I am a person centred, humanistic and integrative psychotherapist. I provide a safe, compassionate space where together we can explore the issues which may be preventing you from enjoying a more wholesome, happier life. It is my opinion that living fully is a continuous process of transformation and expansion. Difficulties in life challenge us to step out of our comfort zones and grow. At times this feels frightening and you may believe yourself unable to move forward on this journey. However in a supportive, safe therapeutic relationship you have the space to rediscover your true self and live a more empowered and fulfilling existence. No two people are the same, I believe it is you the client who holds the key to the door through which you may walk into the next phase on your unique life path. It will be a privilege for me to accompany and support you on this wonderful journey of self-discovery.

I have experience working with many issues, including

Trauma,

Domestic abuse,

Addiction,

Anger issues,

Violence,
