My individual approach:

I believe in creating a safe therapeutic space that is welcoming warm, sensitive and attuned to the unique individual needs of each person. Creating a space that promotes reflection, exploration and re-framing while fostering insight at a pace that is comfortable, attainable and client led. My approach is to create a rich therapeutic environment where client’s stories and experiences are met with empathy, understanding and a deep held respect. Using a number of eclectic approaches such as Gestalt Psychotherapy, Person Centered and Psychoanalytical, I work in a holistic way to invite all parts of the person to be present, body mind and spirit. I approach my work with a focus on the present moment which emphasizes and promotes personal awareness, inner strength and capacity for self- regulation, expansion and development. Using the power of the therapeutic relationship as a tool to identify and work through patterns, blocks and obstacles while also identifying areas for growth using the here and now as a vehicle to foster inner awareness and deeper insights, therefore creating tangible opportunity for growth and change. I am committed to helping clients to cultivate more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others and to realize their full potential.
