Bogdan is an IACP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with seven years of clinical experience.
He puts strong emphasis on providing clients with a safe and nurturing space where they can explore, heal, and discover their potential. He uses person-centered, humanistic, CBT and psychodynamic approaches.
If you’re looking for help with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, bereavement, loss, LGBTQ+ issues, or navigating life transitions, he is here to help.
Bogdan is also qualified in therapeutic use of mindfulness. This approach can be incorporated into the sessions when needed or requested.
Prior to becoming a therapist Bogdan studied philosophy and religions which earned him a PhD degree. This experience adds additional reflective angle to the therapeutic approach that Bogdan offers.
